Mea Abraham and her team at Carefree Events have done many wonderful events for the community where we live. So, when it was time to plan our daughter’s bat mitzvah, calling Mea was a logical choice. Let me say that if I could give Mea 10 stars in this review I would! Mea is the nicest person you could meet and a total professional. She is calm and patient, yet she managed to keep me focused and on track with the planning and decision-making. I felt in over my head with this event, and Mea did all the heavy lifting. She made the event planning seamless and totally smooth and easy for me–I really wasn’t stressed about the details because I knew she was handling each and every one. On the day of the event, my whole family and all our guests were absolutely astounded with how amazing everything looked! The room was stunning; it was as though Mea had crawled into my head, extracted the image I had in my mind, and turned it into reality before my very eyes! All of the vendors she recommended were perfect, from the DJ and the venue to the cake and the dress shops. I truly cannot say enough on behalf of Mea and Carefree Events. Thanks to her, I have gone from being party-planning phobic to actually trying to find an excuse to host another big event just so we can work together again!

Mea and the Carefree Event’s team did an amazing job helping me plan and implement my husband’s remembrance dinner at Windgate Ranch. Mea was very thoughtful in her suggestions and provided valuable advice on the number of tables, table clothes, and how to set up the buffet.  She worked with a private chef and staff and they did an outstanding job with appetizers, dinner and desert. She helped us find and secure beautiful flower decorations for the table.  Mea takes great pride in her work and arrived early to make sure there were not problems.  With everything going on in my life, I could not have had such a wonderful evening to celebrate my husband’s life after his service.   Thank you Mea and the Carefree Event’s team!
